You can do all things- While visiting a work camp for teenagers trying to overcome addictions and bad habits, I watched as 8 teenage girls tried to carry a sixteen hundred pound log over to the lumber yard.  I was amazed as these tiny girls worked together to accomplish a task that was much bigger than them.  When these girls had arrived at the camp fresh out of the Junior High and High Schools, each of them had big excuses.  They were intimately acquainted with their own limitations.  However, after several weeks, they began to understand that if they worked together they could accomplish more.  After I experienced this incredible sight, I had a new appreciation for the scripture that promises that we can do all things through Christ who give us strength...click here to read or hear the rest of this spot.
