If you had met Megan, you'd think she looked just like many of the young teenagers you see at the mall or in the local coffee-shop.  It's unlikely that you'd have any idea about the dark secret she carried with her…like thousands of teenagers across the country, Megan was held captive by a bizarre and dangerous habit.  

She was a cutter.  After injuring herself for three years, Megan asked for help.  Knowing that there are no spiriitual formulas, our staff began to pray for her.  Within weeks she wrote in saying that her life had changed.  She threw away her blades and asked Jesus to come and begin the healing process.  Now, she is involved in a church that is helping her deal with the difficult situations in her past and through reading the Bible daily, she is beginning to understand the love that God has for her.
