ECHO Chat Console
We have added you as a user in ECHO, the tool we use to chat with people. All of our coaches log into Echo to chat with people from all over the world. For now, you will be in a training mode and unable to see real chatters come in, but you can otherwise fully explore the online chat console.
For detailed instructions on how to use the console, click the button below.
Your username to login will be:
The personal email address you provided on your application
You may also view the ECHO training video by clicking here.
We have created a Groundwire email address to help you keep in contact with certain chatters to follow their journey or to celebrate milestones. This is not to be given to every chatter and you should never give any personal contact information to a chatter. Groundwire email addresses always include your first name and first initial of your last name (example: email@example.com)
For detailed instructions on how to login to your email, click the button below.

Congratulations! You have been selected to move forward in the process of becoming an online spiritual coach. You are just a few, simple steps away from helping the hurting. This email contains 3 Parts and ALL are important to read, however, it should take no more than 30-45 minutes to complete.
Thank you for completing the coaching agreement and sending your responses to the sample questions. We realize that responding in email form can be difficult. Because these types of questions can be intimidating, we created a chat resource with additional thoughts about these topics and potential methods of response. You can download this resource by hitting the button below.
Your next steps after reviewing the chat resource are as follows:
1) Login to Echo, view the training video, and change your password
2) Login to the email platform and change your password
3) Attend a live video webinar with the Groundwire Team
